Situated in the coastal town of Seaford, where you will find fish and chips, restaurants, bars, cafés, and a shopping area. Eastbourne Miniature Steam Railway Adventure Park is less than 15 miles away and the nearest airport is London Gatwick Airport. Brighton Pier is less than 15 miles, taking 30 minutes by car along the A259. Eastbourne Pier is just over ten miles away and takes approximately 25 minutes by car along the A259. There is a good bus route to both Brighton and Eastbourne. Seven Sisters national park is less than 10 miles away and there is a bus that takes you there. Great place for walking, cycling, wildlife spotting, kayaking and paddle boarding.

The Lodge With A View has its own private access and private parking for 1 car. Sleeping up to four guests, the lodge has been thoughtfully designed in the owner’s garden. There is one bedroom with a kingsize bed, a modern shower room with walk-in shower and a lovely open plan living space. Steyning is a small, picturesque market town, just a 20-minute walk from the property. Set on the northern edge of the South Downs National Park it offers many miles of bridle paths and footpaths to explore, and the Downs Link cycle path is on your doorstep. Plenty of pretty rural villages and traditional country pubs to discover along its routes plus visit the nearby Steyning Bowl, Chanctonbury Ring, with its stunning views, and the Iron Age hill fort at Cissbury Ring. The cosmopolitan city of Brighton is just a 30-minute drive away, where you can take a tour around the Regency terraces, the Royal Pavilion, the trendy lanes district and book your ticket for the British Airways i360 observation tower and visit the Brighton Sealife Centre.
