Bike & Boot offers 50 dog-friendly bedrooms from a Boot room with double bed - a cosy room for you and Fido - to large rooms and suites, many with fabulous views over the South Bay to wonderful Scarborough. You can enjoy free hot drinks in the retreat lounge with complimentary cake at teatime and after a bracing seaside walk with your best friend in tow you can visit their in house Film Club. And dine at Bareca which serves Mediterranean food in a relaxed atmosphere with the best sea views in Scarborough. There is free on street parking and the hotel will provide you with a parking permit on your arrival. Electric bikes are available and there are plenty of lovely walks along the beach, the coastal path or across the North Yorkshire Moors.

Dine with Your Dog
In their Bareca restaurant which serves Mediterranean food with a Pizza Pasta Grill and an extensive range of small plates of tapas. Dogs are welcome to join you in the restaurant, as they are throughout the rest of the hotel. What's not to like! The restaurant is open for breakfast, coffee, cake, lunch and dinner.

Location & Local Attractions
There are great beaches at South Bay and North Bay with some restrictions in the summer. The coastal walks, both north and south, are spectacular with the whole of the North Yorkshire Moors within a short drive. The North Bay Heritage Railway welcomes dogs aboard and they travel free. Scarborough Castle, run by English Heritage is also dog friendly and worth a visit. Peasholme Park also welcomes well behaved pooches on leads. The park has an oriental theme and is really gorgeous and it's also home to a variety of wildlife and unusual plants and flowers. You will also find a boating lake and a couple of cafes there too which are also dog friendly.
