The Stables is a stunning ground floor apartment with private gardens and is set within the owner’s grounds. The property is of a high standard and includes a kitchen with granite worktops and underfloor heating throughout. Each beautiful bedroom is individually decorated and designed, with an eclectic mix of furniture and lighting. They are all en-suite, and a particular highlight of the master bedroom is its roll-top bath in the room. Each bedroom also has access to a private terrace, making this a perfect escape for couples or families by giving you privacy as well as all being able to come together in the beautiful living and kitchen areas.

Welcome to Marram Dune Beach House, a truly exceptional holiday home on the Brean shoreline, with sea views and private access to the beach, this is coastal living at its finest, you will not want to leave! Set on the ground floor, Marram Dune has gorgeous modern features and a wonderful flow that ensures a fabulous time. Stepping through the front door you are greeted by the spacious hallway with stunning ceiling lanterns that flood the space with natural light, head through to the open plan living space, with comfy seating, Smart TV and bi-fold doors that bring the outside in and draw your eye down the garden to the sea beyond. From the dining area head into the large kitchen which comes extremely well equipped with everything you could need during your stay. The utility room houses the washing machine, tumble dryer and microwave. Marram Dune has four bedrooms, the master bedroom has bi-fold doors which open on to the decking area with sea views. The huge, fully enclosed rear garden has a large decked area by the house with garden furniture where you can sit back and enjoy the views across the Bristol channel. There is a large lawned area that leads down to a gate that gives you access straight onto the beach. Here you can walk the 5-mile stretch with the dog down to Burnham-on-Sea or just listen to the waves lapping the shore. Back in the garden you will find a summerhouse, the ideal spot to relax with a glass of bubbly and stargaze while planning your next days adventures!

There is so much to do and see on the doorstep, with Breans many bars and restaurants within easy reach as well as the theme park and waterpark just a short walk away! The Animal Farm adventure park is nearby with lots to see and do, including the picturesque National Trust managed coastline at Brean Down offering peace, tranquillity and miles of trails away from the busy seaside resorts of Weston-super-Mare and Burnham-on-Sea. The local area offers a fun packed holiday for families, as well as the beaches of Burnham, Berrow and Brean offering a seaside sanctuary for those wishing to get away from it all. Take a walk to the headland at Brean Down. Here you can experience the 360 degree views over the sea on one side, and across the Somerset Levels on the other, also on a clear day, you can see both Glastonbury Tor and the Mendip Hills. On the first floor is the large living room with ample seating, Smart TV and a lovely sea view from the bay window. The bedroom on this floor has twin beds and en-suite facilities. The second floor has a bedroom with kingsize bed and en-suite facilities. The master bedroom is also on this floor and has a super kingsize bed, TV, bay window with fantastic sea views, and en-suite facilities.

Blenheim Park House is just a short walk from Blenheim Gardens where you will find a relaxing space, and live music can be found some weekends during the summer. The seafront is just a minute’s walk away with the beach around 5-minute walk from the front door. The town centre, with its many shops, bars and restaurants, is a leisurely 5-minute stroll away, or larger supermarkets are just a few minutes further. Butlins resort is a short walk away and day passes can be found on-line. For those wishing to explore the area, there are numerous walks from the front door, or head up North Hill onto Exmoor for exceptional views. Quaint Exmoor villages with wonderful tea rooms and country pubs with traditional food are great finds on a day out!

The Golf Club is just a 10-minute walk or 2-minute drive away for those keen to get on the green while on holiday. Jump in the car and explore the nearby town of Weston Super Mare with its fantastic Pier, Donkey rides and many shops and restaurants. If a day in the city takes your fancy, there is a train from Weston that will take you in to Bath or Bristol for a day of exploring. The ancient medieval town of Glastonbury is just over 30-minute drive away, explore the quirky high street and head up the Tor for amazing views!
