Built around 1848 in the decorative cottage orne style by the Brooke family, this picturesque head gardener's cottage has an elevated position overlooking woods and hedgerows. Inside the White brick cottage, there is a large family kitchen which opens up to a quirky sitting room with an unusual open fireplace inspired by the green man from Suffolk mythology. The cottage is set within the 5,000-acre Wilderness estate with its rolling parklands, woodlands, lakes and landscaped gardens making it the ultimate dog-friendly retreat. And there are plenty of other activities on the Estate with Pashley cycles to ride, rowing boats and paddleboarding on the lake as well as wonderful woodland walks with your best four-legged friend.
