The landlady is a pet owner and loves seeing new, furry faces at the inn!

A true country dining pub, The White Horse prides itself on creating menus from the freshest local produce sourced directly from the woodlands, farms and country estates nearby. All of the game and fish is brought to the kitchens by local suppliers – from exquisite venison, straight from the hunt and prepared on site, to the Chilgrove wood pigeons, rabbits and trout, plucked from nearby rivers and fields that morning.
