When you're feeling peckish, make your way around to the kitchen, where sleek cabinets offer a range of integrated appliances that are bound to please any foodie; the space also offers a handy washing machine! When dinner has been fixed up here, tuck into it at the round dining table or, on sunny days, take it out to the back garden, where you can savour it on the decking. After dinner, head back to the sitting area or unwind in the external snug, where plush seating can be found alongside a fridge/freezer and a tumble dryer. As day turns to night, retreat to one of the two fabulous doubles to catch your rest, both of which enjoy access to a superbly fitted shower room, where a glass walk-in shower takes centre stage. In the mornings, prepare a steaming cup of coffee with the property's coffee maker before heading out to the garden to rustle up an alfresco breakfast on the barbecue. Walk down to the beach and soak up the sun as you lounge on the sand or go paddling in the turquoise waters before stopping at The White Horse for a meal with local ale; alternatively, head to the local shop to pick up any essentials for a homemade dinner. Venture to the neighbouring town of Cromer, a place famous for its crab and seafood, which can be sampled at one of its many eateries before wandering down to the sandy shores, trying your hand at putting at The Royal Cromer Golf Club or enjoying a live show at the renowned Cromer Pier & Pavillion Theatre. As you're within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, there're plenty of opportunities for hiking, cycling, and birdwatching; the Overstrand Cliffs are point of interest, where you can soak up panoramic views of the ocean, while the Scolt head Island National Nature Reserve is within reach and is a stunning spot to visit. There's very access from the property to numerous old historic Georgian and Victorian market towns such as Holt, Fakenham, Burnham Market, Aylsham, North Walsham, and also the historic city of Norwich of course; you'll rarely run out of things to see here! Overstrand is a modest beach village on the north Norfolk coast, about two miles east of Cromer. It offers a public sandy beach with a lush greenery hill backdrop, as well as a café, convenience store, tavern and restaurant, and a few stores. Visit the Overstrand Cliffs nature reserve and geological Site of Special Scientific Interest, which is near to the Cromer Lighthouse and golf course, while Cromer itself is a short drive, offering a beach surrounded with colourful beach huts.
