Oban makes the perfect dog-friendly destination with wonderful woodland walks and beaches to explore. We suggest a visit to the lovely stretch of rural beaches nestled around Ganavan Bay. There are plenty of walking routes nearby and dogs will love frolicking on the beach and splashing in the sea on these year-round dog-friendly beaches. Also, visit Dunollie Woodland Trail will lead you into the Witches Wood, explore McCaig's Tower and dog-friendly Dunollie Castle which sits above the town and is within walking distance of the hotel. Oban also makes a great base for island hopping. Hop on a dog-friendly ferry to visit the nearby isles of Skye Harris and Mull. Oban also has plenty of dog-friendly pubs and cafes including the Little Potting Shed café and the Oban Seafood Hut.
