Overview
Dating back to the 17th century, Murrayshall Country Estate is a charming property set among 365 acres of rolling Perthshire countryside. Formerly home to Lord Lynedoch, it boasts breath-taking views and has been modernised several times over the years to become the luxury boutique hotel it is today. This is the place to be for nature lovers, but with everything from kayak tours and paddleboarding to luxury picnics and 27 holes of parkland golf, there really is something for everyone to enjoy.
Having recently been awarded 'Best Boutique Hotel Restaurant' in the UK, Murrayshall provides the ultimate fine dining experience you won't want to miss. Head Chef Craig Jackson and his team have fused the traditional with the modern to bring you dishes crafted from locally sourced ingredients, inspired by the nature of the Perthshire countryside.
Dogs are welcome in virtually all the public areas around the property, and there is a Murrayshall doggie pamper pack available for purchase which features a bed, bowl, treats and a drying mitt for post-walk clean-ups.
The estate is less than an hour and a half's drive from both Edinburgh and Glasgow. Situated just 10 mintues from the Perth railway station, it is also easily accessible by train.
