Retaining a strong, historic feel, The Guard’s House features original period features includes diamond-paned leaded light windows, thick ragstone walls, an unusual curved wooden front door plus its original pantry. The spacious garden provides the perfect spot for private BBQs with your party and enjoys beautiful views over the extensive woodland owned by Leeds Castle from the decked seating area. Guests will have free access to the fabulous Leeds Castle and grounds as well as the use of the Health Club, including swimming pool, at a nearby hotel. Take in the breathtaking beauty of Leeds Castle, rising majestically from the moat as it has done for 900 years. With 500-acres of beautiful parkland and formal gardens, special tours, free-flying falconry displays and special events, The Guard’s House offers families a truly unique and memorable stay, just half a mile walk or a short drive to the Broomfield entrance of the Castle.

Must be the spacious secure private garden where Fido can freely roam, stretch and play! Your pooch will be provided with a bed, blanket and bowls on arrival to help them settle in.
The Guard's House is a superb three-bedroom property - perfect for families! The first floor features a beautiful master bedroom with a king size antique pine bed, a twin bedroom with divan beds and leather headboards and the third bedroom with two single beds. The well-presented bathroom suite comes complete with corner bath with shower. There is also an additional handy downstairs toilet and shower room. On the ground floor, there is a comfortable sitting room features a cream Victorian chesterfield sofa and a wood-burning stove for cosy nights in. There is a small garden to the front of the cottage as well as private parking for up to three cars.

The Guard's House features a shaker style kitchen with oak worktops, freestanding dresser and antique scrubbed pine table seating up to six guests. There is also a gorgeous spacious garden which provides an ideal space for private BBQs. The fabulous Castle View Restaurant at Leeds Castle offers delicious meals served in a relaxed atmosphere with spectacular views across the terrace to the magnificent Castle. If you fancy dining out with your pooch, we recommend The George Inn, The White Horse and The Potting Shed.
