Set in the pretty and quiet little village of Marhamchurch, it is just 2½ miles to the fabulous coastline and popular beaches, including Widemouth Bay and the tourist hot spot of Bude. The traditional village inn is just a short walk away and has a menu featuring local produce. The village shop is also just a short walk away. Bude has three sandy beaches and a good selection of shops and restaurants, many specialising in locally caught seafood, along with a golf course, tennis, horse riding, an indoor splash pool, surf schools and bowling. The picturesque fishing villages of Tintagel, home to the mystical ruins of a 12th-century castle, Rock and Padstow are close by, and this breathtaking coastline boasts many unspoilt beaches and hidden coves.
