Clyro is a small village in Powys located between both the Bannau Brycheiniog National Park (Brecon Beacons National Park) and the Shropshire Hills AONB. The name of the village derives from 'clear water' in Welsh, and it is well-known for its mediaeval tradition. Clyro is also close to the River Wye and the Hay Warren hiking region, which provide scenic areas for walkers and bikers to explore.
