Ottery St Mary, known as "Ottery", is a town in the East Devon district of Devon, just 14 miles away from Exeter. The town is famous for its literary connections to the poet Coleridge and for its church often referred to as a Exeter cathedral lookalike.The town also plays host to 'Tar Barrels' which attracts more than 3000 visitors on 5th November each year, as well as pubs and plenty of individual shops.
