Heacham is a heart-warming village located on the West Norfolk coastline, boasting a lovely family friendly sandy beach, ideal for jet skis, kitesurfing and windsurfing. The village has many cottages built from Carstone; a central feature of this part of Norfolk, and also offers a good range of shops, restaurants and country pubs. This part of Norfolk is known for its abundance of birdlife throughout the year, with several local RSPB sites. Within easy driving distance is Pensthorpe Nature Reserve and Gardens, as seen on BBC's Springwatch.
