The ground floor has a bright and comfortable living room, a downstairs cloakroom/wc, an open plan kitchen and dining area and patio doors leading out into an enclosed terraced garden. The bottom terrace is shingled with a paved patio area, rattan dining furniture, rattan sun lounger and cafe style table and chairs. The secure side entrance has direct access to the garden, a warm outdoor shower and storage boxes with cushions for the rattan furniture and beach items. There are hanging rails for wetsuits and a washing line. St Merryn village is one mile inland and has a bakery, grocery, newsagents, petrol station, restaurants, wine bar and pubs. Trevose Golf Club is a mile away and welcomes visitors and the relatively new Pig Hotel is a 15 minute stroll with outdoor bar and eating as well as restaurant dining. Padstow is only 3 miles away offering year round food events and festivals, plenty of eating options, a ferry to Rock and wonderful cycling along the Camel Valley.
