On the ground floor there is a beautiful hand made kitchen with 4 oven Aga, it’s a fabulous space to cook up a gastronomic delight. Next door is a large utility room for those muddy boots and dogs and a very posh downstairs toilet. The large lounge has sumptuous leather Chesterfield sofas to seat up to 20 people in front of the fire. Perhaps Number One’s most special feature is a bar/dining room/party room. We’ve designed the space around get togethers, it has the capacity for the occupants of both number One and Two The terrace to dine together or if you’ve taken even more of our 5 houses on The Terrace you can push the tables back and use the room as your very own bar. Downstairs there’s a living room with seating for fifteen people, the room has a wood burning stove and large flat screen TV. The dining room is quite regal, with large table seating 11. The room also has a wood burning stove. The kitchen is hand made solid pine, with two oven Aga and a second range cooker, plus and all the usual appliances. Opposite the kitchen is a utility room with washing machine and dryer, plus an extra American style fridge/freezer with icemaker. It’s a great space for muddy boots and wet dogs.
