This terraced cottage displays some exposed stone work, and is only a couple of minutes’ walk from a café and a very friendly village pub. The pretty little village of Felton is only a few miles from Alnwick Castle and Gardens, where you can explore some history. Felton is very easily accessed from the A1 making touring around easy. The historic Roman town of Corbridge is only 40 miles away, where you can discover Hadrian’s Wall and see where the Romans lived. The fishing harbour of Craster is only 15 miles, where you can treat yourself to famous Craster smoked kippers. A little further and you will come to Bamburgh and Holy Island (check tides). Amble is close by and has a fabulous Sunday market where you can find friendly locals and stock up on your fish or meat.
