The small yard to the rear has a sitting-out area, a locking outhouse where items such as a surfboard could be stored, an outside tap where you can wash sandy feet, buckets and spades and a outside shower for after a fun filled day on the beach.

    Everything is just a stone’s throw away. The popular casino is just round the corner, as well as an excellent shopping mall. The cricket ground, home to some great county cricket, is just a 5-minute walk away, and there are plenty of shops, bars, restaurants and cafés. There are several ways to walk down to the beach, all of which are between 10 and 20-minute walks. Scarborough has two bays with a long Marine Drive that separates the two. You can walk the full length of both bays, which are over 2½ miles. This is also a section of the Cleveland Way walk too. The train station is a short walk from the property, making this property ideal for those who don’t drive or prefer to leave the car at home.
