Within easy reach are the famous Battle of Britain Aircraft Museum and the East Kirby Lancaster Museum, RSPB Gibraltar Point, NT Gunby Hall, Snipedale Nature Reserve and Forest, and the historical city of Lincoln with its cathedral, castle and excellent shopping. Antique hunting can be enjoyed at Horncastle 18 miles away, and Louth offers a lovely traditional market town. Skegness and Ingoldmells with its seaside attractions, is just 2 miles.     This lovely barn is on the edge of the family farm, which has been superbly restored in 2021 and extended to provide great family sized accommodation with space for everyone to enjoy. Ideal for families staying together with two separate staircases to the first floor, a large south facing patio with 15ft swim spa, as well as a lawned garden for fun family games.
    Just 5 miles from the sandy beaches at Chapel St Leonards and within 15 minutes’ drive you have the traditional seaside resorts of Skegness and Mablethorpe, Fantasy Island, Butlins, Gibraltar Point Nature Reserve and The Lincolnshire Wolds. A footpath through the field takes you to the village pub where you can have food, and is a 10-minute walk away, before you return to soak in the swim spa after a busy day out. For those wishing to enjoy a very popular gastro pub there is one at Skendleby approximately a 10-minute drive away.
    You can even bring your family pets, with up to three dogs welcome, but please be aware there could be cattle or sheep in adjacent fields. There are very good walks from the door with the area also being very popular for cyclists. Beach 5 miles and pub 1 mile.

    1 mile from an unspoilt sandy beach, this spacious cottage is only on one level and offers good sized accommodation including a games room with a pool table. There is a good sized lawned garden for all to enjoy to the rear along with a large lawned area to one side. Situated close to Huttoft beach, perfect for both summer seaside holidays and relaxing winter escapes. Anderby Creek is also close by and boasts the UKs first cloud observation deck.

    Visitors can enjoy watching the seals at Donna Nook, and cycling, walking, golf, and birdwatching are all popular pastimes locally. Contrasting pleasures of family fun at Skegness and the wildlife of the Gibraltar Point Nature Reserve are found 10 miles away, whilst historic Lincoln, with its soaring cathedral, cobbled streets, interesting shops, and Christmas markets, is an easy drive, as are the beautiful Wolds and their delightful market towns. Nearby is a café at Huttoft next to the beach with a viewing area where you can enjoy superb views along the coastline and inland over the fields towards the Lincolnshire Wolds. With a coarse fishing lake only 3 miles away (at cost).
    Golfers will enjoy the 18-hole links courses at North Shore and Seacroft golf courses in Skegness only a short drive away. Enjoy a drive around the Lincolnshire Wolds where the local towns have regular market days. Horncastle and Alford also enjoy a good selection of antiques and collectables shops. Butlins and Fantasy Island Theme Park are both only a short drive along the coast with the traditional seaside resorts of Skegness and Mablethorpe nearby too.
