The kitchen is bright and equipped with everything you may need, along with a small breakfast area where you can enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning. The original pantry is located off the kitchen providing extra storage, a washing machine, and an iron and ironing board. Adjacent to the kitchen is the living room where you will find a cosy sofa and armchair, plus a dining table and chairs. This room also benefits from a wood burner, TV, and DVD player. On the first floor are two spacious bedrooms, one double, and the other a twin, both beautifully furnished, with ample storage. The contemporary bathroom is also on this floor and features a large walk-in shower, sink with vanity unit, mirror, toilet, and heated towel rail. We recommend settling in and then popping next door to a hotel where you can sample their traditional beers, excellent wines, and homemade food.     Conder Green is a pretty location near Lancaster and is a fine place for a walk, bike ride, or kayaking. The area includes the picturesque Glasson Dock, the Lancaster Canal, and views of the tidal River Conder which runs through the area.
