This former farm house at West Boundary Farm has been thoughtfully converted into two bright and comfortable holiday cottages (ref. 27557 and ref. 27558). An interconnecting door between the two cottages means that they can either be enjoyed independently or as one larger holiday home. Situated down a private lane on the outskirts of the small village of Pilling, these properties are ideal for exploring the North West coast. Blackpool, Lytham St Annes, Fleetwood and Poulton-le-Fylde are all within a short drive. Alternatively, the Trough of Bowland, Lake District and Yorkshire Dales are all easily accessible by car. Two well stocked fishing lakes can be found within the farm’s extensive grounds and this is offered free of charge to guests. Shop and pub ½ mile, restaurant 3 miles.

Just a short stroll from Morecambe’s delightful promenade, this spacious house is ideal for family holidays, boasting a large enclosed garden and sun room. Very close to Morecambe Golf Club and Happy Mount Park, where children can enjoy the paddling pool, playground, miniature train, crazy golf and trampolines. Morecambe has lots to offer including the award winning jetty, multiplex cinema and Festival Market. The Beach House is a wonderful semi-detached period property which can be found on the picturesque Fylde Coast, in the family friendly resort of St Annes-on-the-Sea. A mere half mile from the sandy seafront and promenade are ample amenities, with the continental and spacious St Annes Square just around the corner. On the way to St Annes Square you will pass Ashton Gardens which is home to play areas and bowling greens, along with the Pavilion Tea Room and Restaurant.
Just south of the bright lights and razzmatazz of Blackpool, St Annes is brimming with tradition, with bandstands, paddling pools, cafés, tea rooms and golf courses, including the illustrious Royal Lytham & St Annes Golf Club. Pride of place on the seafront, you’ll find the laughing statue of the late, great Les Dawson, and on the other side of Fairhaven Lake, you’ll find the neighbouring town of Lytham. For people who love this stretch of the North West UK coastline, you can also explore Fleetwood, Cleveleys and the market town of Poulton-le-Fylde, all of which are all easily accessible in under half an hour. Finally for those who want to give their cars a rest, St Annes on the Sea train station is just ½ mile from the cottage. Beach ½ mile. Shop, pub and restaurant ½ mile.

Nestled in a quiet residential area in the wonderful seaside town of Cleveleys, this delightful bungalow offers a perfect base just ½ mile from the main beachfront promenade. Completely refurbished in 2022, you’ll find The Bungalow beautifully maintained, with a multitude of rooms in which to relax and re-charge.
The back garden is enclosed, making this a great space to enjoy the outdoors when the weather allows, whilst indoors, each of the bedrooms features its own Smart TV, so lazy Sunday mornings are catered for.
Cleveleys has a real holiday atmosphere and is home to plenty of shops, pubs, bars and restaurants, all within easy reach from the property. As you’d expect on the seafront, you’ll find benches and pavement cafés from where you can watch the world go by, as well as fish and chip shops and ice cream parlours for those traditional holiday treats. You can jump on the tram to visit the neighbouring fishing town of Fleetwood, or the ’glitz and glamour’ of Blackpool, which needs little introduction.
For a change of scenery, why not visit the Forest of Bowland Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty? It will take around a 30-minute drive, or the Lake District National Park can be reached in around an hour.
