Just 9 miles from the charming market town of Skipton, the ‘Gateway to the Yorkshire Dales’, guests can enjoy the local market and the selection of pubs, shops, cafés and restaurants available. Clitheroe and the Forest of Bowland, Lancashire’s Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, is just 10 miles away and offers an abundance of walking, cycling and local gastronomy to try. Nearby attractions include the Forest of Bowland, Bolton Abbey, Preston and Yorkshire Dales National Park. The East Lancashire Railway line, famous for its historic steam trains, runs through Rawtenstall, which is only 4 miles from Courtyard Cottage.
    Entering the property from the allocated parking area you will find a modern open plan design on the ground floor level. With a cosy lounge allowing plenty of space for everyone! Benefitting from contemporary sofas, a TV and a small dining area. This really sets the scene for a cosy night in or a place to rest and plan your day’s activities. A well-equipped kitchen awaits you with plenty of storage and cooking facilities including an oven, hob and microwave. Wander through to find two bedrooms with storage facilities, and a bathroom which benefits from a bath with shower over, low level toilet and pedestal wash hand basin. Outside to the rear of the cottage you benefit from a spacious garden with outdoor furniture perfect for a bistro style breakfast in the sun!
