This then leads through to the open plan living and dining area where you can wind down and watch a film after a busy day exploring the coastline or enjoy a family meal together.     As you pull up on the driveway and let yourself into Old Seaway Mews, you find yourself in the large entrance hallway/utility area on the ground floor with a washer/dryer and sink area. A very handy space for hanging up your coats and shoes. There is also a locked doorway via the entrance hall leading to the owner’s homemade gym area which guests may use upon request to the owner. Upstairs and to the first floor is where the open plan living area is, with kitchen/dining and living area all in one. This is a bright and airy space with plenty of natural light. The kitchen is fully equipped with all you could need to rustle up a lovely meal, there is also an additional sofa bed in the living room, perfect for children or extra guests if necessary. Through a door and into the double bedroom and en-suite shower room, there is also a door from the bedroom leading down a staircase and giving access to a small outside private terrace with seating. A great area for sitting out and enjoying an early-morning coffee or late-night glass of wine after a long day exploring the area. Old Seaway Mews is ideally suited to guests with dogs, bikes, and hiking boots, with charming coves and beaches to explore along the SW Coastal Path under a mile away.
    There are two traditional country pubs in 1/2 mile in either direction and a beautifully secluded beach within a fifteen-minute walking distance. Just a five-minute drive to the picturesque Shaldon and charming Teignmouth, a ten-minute drive to the beautiful views from Babbacombe and the bustling seaside town of Torquay.
