Chulmleigh, EnglandSnowdrop Cottage is a pretty Grade II listed thatched cottage set in a wonderfully peaceful location in the mid-Devon village of Lapford. This 300-year-old mid terrace holiday home is the perfect spot for a couple or a family to come and enjoy a relaxing break away from the hustle and bustle. Based in the heart of the village, there is a great 16th century dog friendly pub nearby as well as a train station which runs an hourly service between Barnstaple and Exeter and a convenience store.
The cottage has two bedrooms and plenty of character with many original features such as the traditional Devonshire cob walls and the quaint original cottage doors. Walk along the cobbled path leading to the front door and step into the cottage and into the cosy living room with it’s comfortable seating, electric wood burner, Smart TV with freeview and a table and chairs to enjoy a home cooked meal. The stylish kitchen boasts granite worktops, charming wooden units and it is fully equipped with an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, under-counter fridge with an icebox and a coffee pod machine.
