The modern kitchen is immaculate. Large windows create an open airy feel and there is a cosy wood burning stove to keep you warm during the winter months. It is a fantastic place either for a family holiday or as a base for exploring this majestic area of coastline and creeks.     Skyber Lowen is tucked away in the hamlet of Kuggar on the eastern side of the stunning Lizard Peninsula, surrounded by beautiful coastline to the west and east and the Helford River to the north. There are numerous coastal and country walks to be enjoyed with much of the coastline being in the ownership of the National Trust.
    Kuggar itself is typically quiet and peaceful and has a couple of campsites and small bars which, along with the rest of Cornwall, become livelier in the peak of summer season with some live music. There is a shop and a Post Office in nearby Ruan Minor. The golden sands at Kennack are a three minute drive or a 15 minute walk from the property and dog-friendly all year, with some restrictions during July and August. The picturesque villages of Cadgwith and Coverack are nearby with the amazing Kynance Cove just a short distance by car. Beach ¾ miles.
