Mount Pleasant apartment is a one-bedroom, open plan, ground floor apartment, making a great bolthole for guests wanting to explore the surrounding area. As guests enter the property via the rear gate, they find themselves in the rear enclosed courtyard area with sitting-out area. The door then leads into the property itself, into the open plan living/dining, and bedroom area. Here there is sofa seating and smart TV, small table and chairs and an archway which leads into the bedroom area. From the living/dining area, the hallway then leads into the kitchen which is fully equipped with all guests may need to rustle up a good meal. The shower room is then accessed via a door leading from the kitchen.
Brixham itself is a picturesque fishing town located on the southeast coast of Devon. A colourful, vibrant harbour is the heart of Brixham life. Lined with small shops, cafés and bars, it offers a fantastic array of fine places to eat, relax and soak up the atmosphere. Several beaches and coves line the coast and Brixham has its very own open-air, seawater lido. Brixham is part of Torbay, a beautiful coastal stretch taking in the seaside towns of Torquay and Paignton.
Here you’ll find fantastic amenities and inviting sandy beaches. Historic Dartmouth is also within easy reach of Brixham and worth a visit. It is just a short drive south, then a ferry crossing will take you to this beautiful naval town, situated on the banks of the River Dart. Half an hour’s drive inland is the magnificent Dartmoor National Park. It is a paradise for nature lovers and those who enjoy walking and exploring. Beach ½ mile.

The location is near to both Hampshire and Dorset, making it an ideal location for exploring both popular counties. The UNESCO World Heritage Coastline is within easy driving distance, as are many popular attractions for all ages.

The quaint village of Burley with gift shops, tea rooms, pubs and restaurants is just 6 miles away, and the towns of Ringwood and Fordingbridge are also within easy reach. Explore the heathland and woodland of New Forest, covering 219 square miles which is abundant in wildlife and where the cattle, donkeys and ponies roam freely. The area is ever-popular all year round, and is suitable for all age groups with cycling, horse riding and scenic walking all to be enjoyed. Discover some of the picturesque villages, towns, attractions and gardens such as Lyndhurst, Beaulieu National Motor Museum, Exbury Gardens and the riverside village of Bucklers Hard. Moors Valley Country Park and Avon Heath are within easy driving distance. You can catch a steam train into the heart of the Yorkshire Moors, which is perfect for hikers and bikers.
