Rose Cottage is a lovely, comfortable and cosy North Devon cottage located just 2.5 miles away from Westward Ho! Beach and offers accommodation on two floors for up to 8 people.
The property has recently undergone extensive improvements and renovation which includes an extension. The ground floor has a large living room with cosy wood burner and a Smart TV and a kitchen/diner in the new part of the property with everything you’d expect in a modern kitchen plus the added comfort of underfloor heating.
On the ground floor there is also a handy wet room with a walk-in shower, toilet and basin. The garage functions as a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, plus iron/ironing board, and a convenient storage area for guest bicycles and surfboards. Abbotsham is a small village in the area known as ‘Hame’ in the Domesday Book and is close to Westward Ho! which itself offers an array of seaside amenities including some fascinating curiosity shops and a range of restaurants and cafes, many of which are regularly visited by locals for their quality fayre.
