    Kilburn House is a large Victorian town house just a short stroll from the centre of Bridlington on the beautiful North Yorkshire coastline. Once known as a popular bed and breakfast, it has once again been transformed into a very welcoming home. With private hot tub, spacious social areas and two private courtyards, this holiday home is perfect for large family groups to come together and celebrate whilst enjoying this vibrant harbour town.
    The spacious open plan living/dining area offers a large bay window which floods the room with natural light. Huge sofas, handmade for the property, offer plenty of seating and are ideally placed to enjoy a family night in front of the 65” Smart TV, whilst the bespoke dining table can accommodate the whole group, whether that be for a hearty breakfast before heading out for the day or for coming together to enjoy a delicious home cooked evening meal. This holiday home also offers a café room with bar; just perfect for a social cuppa before heading out for the day. The chef in the group will be delighted with the kitchen which offers a host of appliances including a huge range, triple slow cooker, and a large grill. There is a separate utility room with fridge/freezer, washing machine and dryer. A cosy ‘quiet’ room sits to the back of the house and here you can relax in one of two armchairs to read a book or enjoy one of the board games provided. For bird watchers, a visit to RSPB Bempton Cliffs is a must. With miles of walking and cycling routes do not forget to bring your bikes.
