Journey from Marylebone station and change at Kidderminster to complete the fabulous journey by steam train. It is a perfect location for exploring the beautiful Severn Valley with its many footpaths, bridleways and river walks, with the famous Severn Way passing directly in front of the cottage and a country park just 50 yards away. This famous stretch of Stanley Water on the River Severn is one of the most prolific for barbel fishing in the country, producing barbel to 17lb on the BAA stretch of water outside the cottage. The Old Vicarage is a substantial detached house built in the Victorian style that still retains some lovely original features mixed with modern appliances.     The vestibule has a Victorian tiled floor flowing through into a large hallway, while the vicars study contains the vicars original desk and various religious artefacts and is now a useful study area. The living room is complete with a stripped wood floor, open fire and comfortable leather sofas with 55" wall mounted TV, Sonos sound system and views across the garden from the large bay windows. The spacious kitchen and dining room are fabulous rooms for entertaining with a stripped wooden floor, complete with French doors leading out to the garden. The designer kitchen features a SMEG double oven range with six burners and a griddle hot plate, wine chiller and two dishwashers make cooking and meal times a dream.
