Outside is a fully fenced garden mainly laid to lawn and with a gravelled area for private parking.
Cranberry Cottage is located in Caithness with the nearest village of Thrumster just 1½ miles away and has a shop and pub. Wick is 5 miles away with supermarkets, shops, restaurants, pubs and cafés. There is a golf course, a harbour and a distillery that is open to visitors. The cottage is the perfect base to go walking around the area and return to the peacefulness of the location and chill out in the evenings.

The stunning views over the countryside and the rural location mean that it is the perfect place to get away from the hustle and bustle of busy life. Whilst the gardens are shared with other properties on the owners’ grounds you are free to explore. Fully equipped with a washer/dryer and a dishwasher, the kitchen provides you with everything for a hassle-free and easy holiday, while a table and chairs provide a relaxing dining area with views from the door over the countryside. Numerous walks around the locality offer a chance to explore the Sussex countryside however nearby towns such as Battle offer the historic Battle Abbey, the home of the Battle of Hastings, along with a range of independent shops and restaurants. Larger towns such as Hailsham offer access to larger high street stores within a short drive.
