There is an outdoor theatre which stages concerts by some of music’s big names, and then there is the Stephen Joseph Theatre which is famous for the premieres of Alan Ayckbourn’s plays. The Alpamare waterpark is great for all ages, with its fantastic wave pool and waterslides, as well as a large heated outdoor infinity pool. Keep younger children entertained with the ’splash and play’ area. For adults there is a spa where you can relax and be pampered. The heated outdoor pools are warm enough to enjoy through all of the seasons. Further along the coast you also have Ravenscar, Whitby, Robin Hood’s Bay and Bridlington to discover. 107 Nunnery is delightful property located just moments from the heart of the historic city of York. Set over four floors you enter the property on the ground floor into the open plan living space. This is a great area to relax with its 2 comfy sofas, a wood burner and a smart TV with Netflix and Disney+ The kitchen area is well equipped for all your culinary needs along with a dining area complete with a table which seats six people. Down one flight of stairs you have a fantastic cinema/games room which boosts a 75 inch Smart TV along with an adult size table football, a great place to keep the children entertained.
On the second floor you have two bedrooms, one is the master bedroom with a king size bed and the other with a single. On the same floor you have a gorgeous bathroom which boasts a Japanese style deep soaking tub where you can sit back and relax after a day’s exploring, the bathroom also offers a shower cubicle and underfloor heating. Up another flight of stairs, you have an attic bedroom with a double bed which can be split into twins on request and an additional bed for a 6th person can also be set up for an extra charge.
