Fraisthorpe Beach is perfect for dog walking and horse riding and is popular with locals for exercising horses all year round. The village of Brandesburton is home to a couple of pubs offering traditional ales and bar meals, alongside a number of shops and restaurants. A short drive brings you to the pretty Wolds town of Beverley offering a host of independent shops, cafés and restaurants. A day at Beverley Races or a round of golf at one of the many local golf courses are sure to keep everyone entertained. The seaside town of Hornsea is on the doorstep and with pony rides, ice-cream and fish and chips is a lovely unspoilt family destination. Springdale Farmhouse offers three different living rooms. The main area provides seating for the full group, a warming open fire for the cooler winter months and garden access out to the hot tub. In the evening take one of the two staircases to the floors above and find a selection of bedrooms to choose from. The master bedroom offers far reaching views and includes an en-suite. There are a further four bedrooms on the first floor. The final bedroom can be found on the second floor and spans the full length of the house. With vaulted ceilings, very low beams (height approximately 5 foot) and two zip and link super king size beds, this room is ideal for the younger visitors in the group.
