    As you arrive and enter the property you immediately start to relax with the delightful coastal style decor and large windows flooding the large sitting room sunshine. To the rear of the property is a large kitchen/diner perfect for families or couples to enjoy, with lots of work surface plus fitted appliances. A side door provides access out to a rear courtyard; an ideal space to hide away or to hang wetsuits. A staircase rises to a T-shaped landing which draws you to the master bedroom at the front of the property. This is a fantastic spacious room with fitted wardrobes, a large window where you can sit and take in the stunning water views, and an en-suite shower room. Along the hall there is the final bedroom ideal for the rest of the family. Also to the first floor is a family bathroom with a shower over the bath.

    St Mawes sits on the tip of the Roseland Peninsula on the south Cornish coast, and boasts some of the finest day sailing waters in the country. The village is an extremely popular holiday destination with family friendly beaches, boutique hotels such as the Tresanton, and the stunningly refurbished Idle Rocks and St Mawes Hotel. You will also find a sailing club, a variety of restaurants, galleries and shopping for your daily needs.
    The Roseland Peninsula is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty with dramatic coastline National Trust land and pretty harbour villages.

    The Hidden Hut Beach Café at nearby Porthcurnick Beach has been described as the ’hottest destination in the county if not the country’, and just beyond the beach at Rosevine is the Driftwood Hotel with its Michelin starred restaurant. The vibrant harbour town of Falmouth across the bay is reached from St Mawes by passenger ferry. The cathedral city of Truro with a wide range of commercial facilities and direct rail link to London, is 19 miles away, and Newquay airport is less than an hour’s drive.

There is a further family bathroom, with an excellent double shower. The outside space promotes a feeling of peace and tranquillity. There is a patio which leads to a large lawned space, great for a game or two, along with seating for all guests. The views are far reaching across countryside and beyond.
    Camelford is a market town steeped in history and with a variety of shops and amenities. With the Camel Trail a firm favourite, with stunning scenery along its 18-mile length, all the way to Padstow, where the bustling harbour and celebrity inspired restaurants are a must to experience. With the North Cornwall coastline offering countless beaches and breath-taking vistas, beautiful villages and harbours, your choice of days out are endless and guaranteed to create long lasting memories.

There are two cafes and a pub in Sennen Cove (cafes open summer season only). No Place is well situated for amazing walking and hiking - it’s just a few minutes from the Cornish coastal path. Whilst you are here it is also worth travelling 15 minutes to Porthcurno, a superb beach and a fantastic area to explore. It is home to the Minack Theatre, an open-air theatre constructed on a granite outcrop jutting into the sea.
