Originally a coach house and stables, this unique converted cottage has a spacious layout and was renovated in recent years to create a contemporary home with modern features, spread over two spacious floors.

Sleeping up to 6 people, Regency Stables boasts space to entertain or relax in style. The building sits around a courtyard garden alongside a dining area accessible through double doors from the main reception room, becoming seamless indoor-outdoor living during a summer holiday! For cosy nights in or for families looking to entertain children, there are 3 large TVs all able to stream movies or music and super-fast complimentary Broadband and WiFi are also in place for anyone on a working holiday.

Gathering with family and friends is always special when at this dog-friendly cottage. Spanning the width of the house, the open-plan living space has clearly defined areas for dining, relaxing and cooking. The fully-equipped kitchen has all of the appliances you need for a comfortable self-catered holiday.

For sleeping there are three bedrooms for you and your guests to choose from. The first double bedroom and a shower room sit on the ground floor looking out through windows to the internal courtyard garden. There are two further en-suite bedrooms on the first floor. The principal bedroom comes complete with a dressing room area, a super-king-size bed and direct access to the full width sunny balcony where you can sit with your morning coffee or pre-dinner G & T looking out over the surrounding views. If you are looking for a break from city life, you could take a ramble across the South Downs, or hire a bike, stopping for a rest in one of the tea rooms or inns. It’s the perfect place to relax and unwind. The hiking highlight has to be Chanctonbury Ring which is a late Bronze or early Iron Age hill fort that boasts sublime views over the South Downs countryside.
