The Farmhouse

A charming four-bedroom self-catering holiday cottage with it's own secure enclosed garden. Perfect for a large family or group of friends, The Farmhouse allows up to two dogs. Y Ffermday at Penbontbren is the 'picture-perfect' Farmhouse at this rural West Wales retreat. Set in 3 acres of grounds including breath-taking manicured gardens and a croquet lawn, this 1800's 'chocolate box' farmhouse delivers warmth and character within its spacious accommodation. Pretty in pale pink, Y Ffermday is a self-catering cottage that's brimming with cosy character; think low-beamed ceilings, huge inglenook, exposed stone walls and a focal point wood burning stove. There is characterful antique furniture throughout which gives a snug and homely feel. There's even a choice of two sumptuous sitting rooms. The farmhouse benefits from a large and very well equipped kitchen that leads through to a utility room which is perfect for muddy boots and wet dogs! This in turn flows through to the conservatory which opens on to a peaceful and extensive private garden which boasts uninterrupted rural views.
