As dog lovers and owners ourselves we appreciate what a big part of the family they are. Your beloved pet will also get a complimentary welcome hamper of their very own full of goodies. We also offer an extra special pet menu service – the Doggi Deli, especially for your treasured pet. Outside they have their own private, securely gated and fenced area to roam and feel at home.

We try wherever possible to combine sustainability and luxury, we are also thinking of those who want to discover the Island of Arran by bicycle. Growing in popularity over recent years, e-Bikes are great fun to ride and give you the chance to explore the island in an independent and environmentally friendly way. Guests can now hire electric bikes and set off to discover the Island from a whole new perspective.

Our location benefits from the exquisite natural beauty of the island, and we are fortunate to be situated directly on the Arran Coastal walk. For golfers , we are surrounded by seven outstanding golf courses on the island.

Dog-Friendly Luxury at Raven's Gully

At Raven’s Gully, we understand that pets are cherished members of the family, and a truly unforgettable getaway should include the entire clan. With our pet-friendly accommodation and the enchanting Isle of Arran as your playground, both you and your furry friends will be treated to a delightfully fun experience.

Our luxurious pods are designed with your beloved pets in mind, ensuring their comfort and happiness throughout your stay. We’ve thoughtfully considered every detail, from cosy sleeping arrangements to ample space for frolicking, making Raven’s Gully the ultimate destination for a paw-some retreat with your four-legged companions!

Walks and Routes:

Dhunan Beach: 

This walk is also part of Arran Coastal Walkway and takes you to a lovely little secluded beach. It takes approximately 15 mins to walk down to the beach but probably a little longer to walk back as its all up hill!

Come out the pod carpark and turn LEFT walk down the road and turn 1st LEFT again, this takes you onto a track. Follow the track until you come to a T junction. You'll see a sign for Brodick and Dhunan. Follow the sign to Dhunan and to your RIGHT. Follow this road right to the bottom and this lovely little beach awaits you. This is one of our favourite walks for the dogs.

Dunfion to Lamlash: 

Up to the top of Dunfion is one of our favourite walks. If you are an early bird why not take in the sunrise from the top on a good day. Just Stunning!

Come out the pod carpark and turn LEFT. Continue on this road, past the houses and over a little bridge where the road will turn into a track. Follow this track right to the end where you will see a sign for Dunfion/Lamlash on your RIGHT. Follow this path up to the sign for Clauchlands At this point you can choose to go LEFT and go to top of Dunfion itself where you get a fabulous view on a good day down into Brodick but also down into Lamlash and the Holy Isle. If you are choosing to continue your route into Lamlash then from the sign for the Iron Fort follow the path down over the fields (keeping the Holy Isle in your sites) until you reach Shore Road. Follow the road to your RIGHT and into Lamlash. You can either come back this route or if you want to you can catch the bus to Brodick, just ask the driver to let you off at the bottom of Corriegills Road and you can then make your way back up Corriegills Road to the pods.

Corriegills to Brodick: 

This walk is part of Arran Coastal Walkway and a nice change if you don't want to walk down the roadside. It takes approximately 20-30 mins to walk.

Come out the pod carpark and turn LEFT walk down the road and turn 1st LEFT again, this takes you onto a track. Follow the track until you come to a T junction. You'll see a sign for Brodick and Dhunan. Take the sign for Brodick and follow the path through the little wood to a gate, go through the gate and straight across the field until you come to another gate. Go through the next gate and like before straight across the field to the next gate. Once through this gate, walk diagonally across this field to the bottom far end of this field. Go through the gate and this will take you onto Strathwillian Road, follow this road to the end and take a RIGHT onto the pier brae. Follow the road into Brodick.
